Project Lead in Weybridge, Surrey

PROJECT LEAD - WEYBRIDGE - PERMANENT - UP TO £65,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who work within construction and property are looking for a Project Lead for a permanent position, based in Weybridge.

About You:
* You will have experience in managing strategic planning and delivery of projects from inception.
* You will be experienced in delivering complex projects in operational facilities, demonstrating stakeholder engagement and management to deliver the business case.
* You will have strong experience in working with governance and assurance procedures.
* You will have experience in the control of project schedules and cost to deliver the project benefits.
* You will ideally be security cleared.

What you will be doing:
You will be working on complex projects managing the planning, handover and engaging with stakeholders. You will be managing supplier management of project managers to ensure risk is manage and the strategic direction pf the project is provided.

This role is based in Weybridge, it is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site a week. This will be working 5 days a week, during normal working hours.

The salary range for this position is between £45,000 and £65,000 and will be based on suitability and experience.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
