Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
A leading UK renewable energy developer is looking for a Project Engineer to support onshore wind farm projects across development, construction, and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce wind farm layouts, access designs, and technical drawings
- Support cost estimation and identify design efficiencies
- Assist project delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Identify risks and ensure project feasibility
- Coordinate third-party consultants and provide technical input
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD and vehicle tracking software
- Basic knowledge of onshore wind projects
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Awareness of CDM regulations
- Willingness to travel across the UK
Desirable
- Experience with Civil 3D/InfraWorks
- Knowledge of BoP/TSA contracts
- Surveying or setting out experience
