Project Controls Manager in London

Project controls Manager - London - Permanent

ARM are working with a well-known transportation client who are currently involved with transportation in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join their team based in London it is a full-time role based in London with the salary of £50K - £65K.

About You:
- You have currently got construction background.
- You have got previous experience in project management or project controls roles within either infrastructure or construction projects.
- You will be managing the performance measurement baseline and controlling the delivery of monthly KPI and progress data related to time, cost, risk and quality for the purpose of monthly business reporting.
- You have got previous experience in EVM processes and their applications on construction projects. (Earned value management)
- You have got previous experience managing stakeholders and information flow in matrix environment

What you will be doing:
You will oversee a team setting objectives, reviewing performance, undertaking appraisals, providing feedback to your team, and making sure the team is aware of what they need to be doing. You will also be responsible for delivering the project requirements around value management by setting the PMB (performance measurement baseline) or implementing amendments to the current PMB, agreeing on the progress methodology and timely submission of project actual values with the contractor and planning in advance the production of EV reports for monthly business reviews.

This role is based in London it is a full-time role with the salary of £50K - £65K.
