ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Controller- Risk Lead to work on a permanent basis with a leading client in the Nuclear industry. The client are looking to hire a Planner/ Project Controller with a heavy focus on risk mitigation and risk management.

What you'll be doing

• You'll be responsible for maintaining and operating rigorous risk and opportunity management activities within the Dreadnought and Astute programmes, owning the Risk Management plans, and continuously improving these processes in line with customer needs and best practices.
• You'll be the key interface with a broad number of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the creation and maintenance of key risk management outputs in line with project and contractual deliverables.
• You'll make sure we fulfil our contractual reporting requirements to MoD and Dreadnought Alliance; ensuring all reporting of risk and opportunity management information is robust, compliant, and coherent; using report outputs to inform programme leaders of performance trends and areas of focus for action and improvement.
• You'll own programme level risks to ensure they are clearly communicated, scored and mitigated appropriately.

What do you need to succeed?

• Experience using Primavera P6
• Experience working in a risk focussed position
• Experience working in the Nuclear or Defence industries would be beneficial
• The ability to obtain SC clearance
