ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of Project Account on a permanent basis.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your Project Accounting skills, grow further within a dynamic business, with support available towards a professional qualification.

The Role:

* Providing project teams and stakeholders with sound financial guidance.
* Supporting project reviews through the provision of accurate and timely contract status reports.
* Take responsibility for decisions which will have a significant impact on project performance.
* Ensure all trading is recorded in accordance with current accounting standards (IFRS15).
* Being responsible for balance sheet, P&L and cash flow of projects.
* Supporting risk reviews, taking a considered approach to risk vs reward.
* Creating and updating reports within our Finance tool (SAP BPC) and our ERP (SAP).

Requirements:

* Previous accounting experience.
* Either qualified/ part qualified or qualified by experience, with a sound awareness of relevant accounting standards.
* A high level of familiarity in Excel.
* Commercial acumen with numerical / analytical skills.
