Programme Capability Lead in Worthing, West Sussex

PROGRAMME CAPABILITY LEAD - WORTHING - PERMANENT - UP TO £75,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resourced Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for a Programme Capability Lead based in Worthing.

About You:
* You will have extensive experience in delivering complex projects and programmes.
* You will have prior experience in Project and Programme Management delivery expertise.
* Your background will be in assessing and supporting the development and delivery of new operating models.
* You will have experience in identifying change impacts and plans.
* You will have a background in Utilities.
* You will be an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.

What you will be doing:
You will be driving the customer engagement and operational changes of a roll out project, managing the design and procure of key projects.

You will be leading a small team, managing activities including requirement gatherings, architecture design, solution options, procurement selection and business readiness. Part of the role will be supporting a lead to define business readiness and training needs to support the teams successfully.

This role is based in Worthing, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style, of 1-2 days a week in office.

The rate of pay for this role is £65,000 to £75,000, this is based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
