Programme Business Readiness Lead in Worthing, West Sussex

PROGRAMME BUSINESS READINESS LEAD - WORTHING - PERMANENT - UP TO £60,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resourced Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for a Programme Business Readiness Lead based in Worthing.

About You:
* You will have strong business change experience.
* You will have experience delivering complex initiatives.
* You will have good training experience.
* You will be proficient at building and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and operational teams.
* Ideally you will have a good understanding of Water Utilities sand Operations.

What you will be doing:
You will be managing business change and readiness for new business processes and capabilities.

You will be mapping business areas, developing detailed change impact assignments, ensure key stakeholder understand required change and drive internal stakeholder and engagement to support project and programme delivery. Part of your role will be developing change interventions and deliverables.

This role is based in Worthing, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style, of 1-2 days a week in office.

The rate of pay for this role is £50,000 to £60,000, this is based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
