Production Manager in Fareham, Hampshire

PermanentWe are recruiting for a Production Manager to work for our client in the Fareham area. They are an established engineering business with a strong reputation, and they are looking for someone to come into their business to manage the production facility.
Key duties will include:
- Managing staff within their CNC and Bench Assembly sectors.
- Ensuring work is delivered to the required standards and on time.
- Supporting the design process for new and existing products.
- Monthly reporting to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of managing within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
- Recognised engineering qualifications.
- The ability to understand technical engineering drawings.
- Experience of using scheduling / planning software.
- CNC machining experience.
This position will be working days Monday to Friday. Company package will include an annual bonus, health care and other benefits.
