Product Management Support Analyst in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

- Be the product focal point for all changes required for the Global Register system.
- Support the Product Manager in decisions related to the prioritisation of change and the technology spend for the GR system.
- Support the design, delivery, and rollout of elements of the global TPM service and continuous improvement
- Owner of governance and TPM process and system changes.
- Strong experience of engaging with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence where necessary
- Deep understanding of third-party management systems and process
- Provide strong Procurement subject matter expertise to stakeholders on vision, delivery and architecture design
- Build a relationship of trust and influence with the DCOO IT team and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Report on change delivery and service quality status on behalf of service line.
- Ensure Technology and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
- Archer system experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill
- Service Now experiences beneficial
- Global register experience beneficial
- Third Party Management experience essential
- Banking experience beneficial
- Appian experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill
- Understanding/Concept of Risk essential
