Procurement & Contract Manager - Southwark, London - Contract

ARM are actively recruiting for a Procurement and Contract Manager to work on a contract basis in Southwark, London. This position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office maximum.

The Procurement and Contract Manager will be responsible for weekly meetings with suppliers as well as managing KPI's.

Responsibilities

- To ensure all related service level agreements are met and that all targets, policy, standards, statutory legislation and good practice are followed for the service contracts.
- To monitor expenditure against budget codes and ensure accurate fiscal records of expenditure for each supplier.
- To provides support in relation to the contracts as required.
- Monitor reactive works raised against the contracts and interact with the team as required to ensure work orders are correctly prioritised
- Contribute to the setting up of the systems for the management of the contracts, ensuring a clear audit trail is in place.

Requirements

- Knowledge of contractual procedures.
- Strong organisational skills in order to manage own workloads, respond to priorities and to ensure deadlines are met
- Good interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels
- Experience of using Concerto
