• 12 Month Contract
• £55- £65 P/H Inside IR35

The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Principal Safety Engineer to join Our Leading Nuclear Civil client, to be based out of Warrington.

Job Overview:

As a Principal Engineer, you will provide direction and technical expertise to ensure the safe delivery of engineering activities. Adhering to Health and Safety standards and being well-versed in documentation and ISO standards, you'll use your breadth of knowledge to resolve complex technical issues, create reports, coach and mentor others. Develop business understanding and genuine relationships with stakeholders, work independently, and alongside a small team. Your passion for safety and technical excellence is the key to success in this role.

Some of your duties will include:

• Ensure technical management of the engineering output to ensure delivery of technical solutions in line with the agreed technical scope.

• Ensure application of the highest standards for health and safety in the immediate area of responsibility and ensure all team members across engineering

• Ensure effective management of the customer, including liaison and relationship development with existing and new customers, to aid the development of business, resolution of technical and delivery issues

What do you need to succeed?

• Demonstrable experience in managing teams to deliver analysis activities on a range of project types

• Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering disciplines, with significant demonstrable experience

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines
