Principal Designer (CDM) in City of London, London

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER (CDM) - LONDON - PERMANENT - £60,000 - £72,000

ARM are working with a leading consultancy in London and we are currently recruiting for a Principal Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

About You:
* You will be an experienced construction or built environment professional with experience within either design or CDM positions.
* You will hold a degree level or higher qualification in a construction-related field.
* You will also have had experience within the industry, not only as a Principal Designer or CDM Advisor.

What you will be doing:
The role is working for a well-known and established consultancy that works on high-end and major construction projects across the globe. As the Principal Designer, you will also act as the CDM Advisor for compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The role will see you help running projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team.

This role is to be based in the company's Central London office and will be working using the hybrid model.

What you can expect in return:
The salary range for this position is between £60,000 and £72,000 and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits that includes a performance-based bonus, 27 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, and much more.
