Principal Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Consultant
Salary: £80,000 - £88,000 + £8,000 Achievable Bonus
Location: London/Remote (Hybrid)

Overview,
As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of consulting services to our client's customers, primarily focused on transformation projects and programmes. You will lead a technical project team, providing direction, delegation of key activities and deliverables, ensure adherence to adopted delivery methodologies, and own mitigation of technical risks and issues.

You will work with the delivery team and customer stakeholders to define and gain consensus on migration/transformation strategies, roadmaps, and solutions. Through implementation design and execution, you will act as the technical design authority.

You will manage customer stakeholders through the lifecycle of a project, demonstrating the value and building trust in our client's delivery capability.

Able to interpret business requirements/goals and translate into technical solutions and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Experience of leading infrastructure and application migration/transformation initiatives.
* Broad knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure & Security technical domains.
* Ability to effectively manage workshops with customers and delivery teams, taking ownership of workshop facilitation and goals.
* Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain consensus. Experienced in engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations and opinions.

Skills:
* Microsoft Entra (Active Directory)
* Microsoft 365 Administration (Tenant migration, configuration, policy, identity, security)
* Microsoft Windows Server build, deploy & automate
* Design and build PoC environments (M365 testing, Migrations etc.)
* Microsoft Azure Core Services - IaaS, Networking, Azure Security Centre, SSO etc.

Experience:
* A great level of consulting experience, designing & delivering customer solutions
* Experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions
* Experience designing and deploying Entra (Active Directory) solutions
* Experience delivering infrastructure into Azure and on-premises environments

Certifications:
* AZ-305 - Azure Solutions Architect Expert
* MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent experience
* AZ-800/801 - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
