Policy & Employee Relations Specialist in London

Policy and ER Specialist - 3 Month Interim Contract - London (Hybrid) - £39.40p/hour Inside IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Policy and Employee Relations Specialist to join their Public Sector client on a 3 month, interim basis.

This role will oversee the development of HR policies, union relationships, and staff networks, as well as providing support to the Employee Relations Lead.

Responsibilities
* Develop Employee Relations Strategy alongside Employee Relations Lead.
* Oversee all HR policies and procedures, including development and maintenance of key policies and delivering updates to key stakeholders.
* Support, monitor and coach the Policy Advisor in relation to their policy work.
* Provide guidance and input into negotiations and consultation with Unions to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements
* Experience of writing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies.
* CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
* Previous experience working within a large and complex organisation.
* Excellent communication skills across all channels.
* Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise.
