We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter for an exciting contract role based in Acton, London. This role offers the opportunity to work on heavy plant and LBD machinery, providing both reactive and planned maintenance across a dynamic operational environment.
Key Details:
- Rate: £39.24 per hour
- Contract: Initially until 31st December 2025, with high potential for extension due to ongoing work
- Location: Acton, London
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical maintenance fitting, ideally within heavy machinery environments
- Familiarity with CNC machinery controls (Heidenhain and Fanuc)
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including reading schematics
- Understanding of 3-Phase 400V electrical systems
- Versatile and proactive, able to maintain LBD plant equipment
- MEWP certification required
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to join a busy site with varied plant equipment.
