Payroll Supervisor in Horsham, West Sussex

Payroll Supervisor - Horsham - 3 Month Contract - Up to £300 per day (Umbrella) (Inside IR35)

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a Global Construction company who are actively seeking a Payroll Supervisor on a 3-month contract.

The role requires a strong understanding of using SAP systems and experience with leading and supporting a team.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for resolving complex payroll queries
* Responsible for payroll processes generating payments to employees and third parties
* Able to work well in a team to ensure the highest quality of work
* Responding effectively to customers' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Capable of identifying and mitigating risks and effective issue resolution
* Supports the drive to improve the service and quality

Requirements:

* Educated to a degree level
* Ideally CIPP Qualified
* Experience in using payroll systems (Oracle HR)
* Experience working in interim positions
* Evidence of continuing professional development and knowledge in a relevant professional area
