ARM are partnering with a global Security and Aerospace business in Havant. A position has become available for a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours across a 4-day week.

Successful candidates will need strong experience in manual payroll and calculations.

Responsibilities:

* Processing day to day UK Payrolls
* Process both the advanced and arrears payrolls per the calendars each month
* Carry out reconciliations such as ensuring the FPS balances to payroll results
* Support operational activities for the responsible account
* Comply with filing and record retention requirements
* Working with the Senior Payroll Specialist to perform year end
* Manual calculations of gross to NET overpayments
* Maintenance and review of payroll procedures

Requirements:

* Experience with insourced end-to-end payroll.
* Ability to carry out manual payroll calculations to support validations.
* Oracle Peoplesoft experience
* An understanding of payrolling benefits
* Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
* Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment
