Oracle HCM Training Manager – SC Cleared in London

Our client are seeking an Oracle Training Manager with strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM to join them remotely on an initial 6 month contract.

The Oracle training manager will need to already hold active SC Clearance is required for this role.

Location: Remote working with occasional travel to sites.

Length: Initial 6-month contract

Experience/skills

• IT literate within an Oracle environment
• Previous experience of writing training content and understand training design concepts
• Strong communication and influencing skills to work in collaboration with Service Provider, Product Managers, and colleagues to develop accurate material
• Bringing material up to date and creating new material
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM
