Operations Support Executive - Derby - Permanent - £Competitive

ARM is delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious client who are actively seeking an Operations Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

As an Operations Support Executive you will be joining a high-performing team, providing supply chain assistance where critical issues have been identified.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to lead cross-functional teams, travel globally, and drive performance and sustainable changes.

Responsibilities

* Work in conjunction with the Supplier Management Teams to define support programmes and subsequently dedicate time to the specific supply chain.
* Using robust processes and techniques to resolve and mitigate key supply chain problems.
* Liaise with senior leaders within suppliers.
* You will lead the identification, development and implementation of the processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure.
* Supporting across multiple engagements, being called upon to coach and support the team on escalations and techniques that could be used to unlock any blockers

Requirements

* Planning and control knowledge.
* Exemplary collaboration and communication skills to build relationships within the suppliers
* Experienced in programme management.
* Supplier Management Team experience.
* Knowledge of SAP
