ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a high-end interior designer on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Support the Operations/General Manager with planning and scheduling installations
• Assist with day-to-day logistics, including vehicle routing, driver coordination, and delivery tracking
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure goods are prepared, packed, and loaded correctly
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors where needed to confirm schedules
• Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or resourcing issues
• Ensure H&S and compliance records are up to date
• Support with general admin duties across transport, warehouse and office functions

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or operations (preferred but not essential)
• IT literate - able to use Excel, email, and scheduling tools
