About the Team
Our Empty Homes team is responsible for ensuring properties are re-let efficiently and to the highest standard. We work closely with our in-house Trades teams and trusted subcontractors to make sure every home is repaired, maintained, and ready for new residents. From start to finish, we collaborate with housing and lettings colleagues to turn an empty property into a warm, welcoming home.

Your New Role

Are you proactive, motivated, professional, and friendly?

We?re looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Empty Homes team. In this role, you?ll complete a wide range of trade tasks to a high standard, helping to deliver an efficient and reliable repairs and maintenance service to our customers. You?ll be working across Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead, and surrounding areas.

As a valued team player, you?ll carry out works and installations across our housing portfolio efficiently, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, effectively, and in line with best practice.

We?re looking for someone who?s a strong communicator, achievement-oriented, and highly motivated. You?ll need a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification (or equivalent) relevant to your trade, along with proven experience in a similar role.

What You?ll Need

• Excellent customer service skills - our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we aim to exceed their expectations every time.

• A full, clean UK driving licence - as you?ll be provided with a van and will take part in an out-of-hours callout rota.

• Your own hand and power tools (we?ll supply the rest, including uniform, PPE, van with fuel card, racking, inverter, company tablet, and mobile).
