Mortgage And Protection Advisor

Mortgage and Protection Advisor -Remote- Permanent - £25,000 plus commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting an esteemed business with the recruitment of a Mortgage and Protection Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role's focus is to deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers in a compliant manner and ensure customers have a fully protected mortgage package.

Responsibilities
Deliver good customer outcomes in a compliant manner.
Achieve individual KPI metrics for written and banked revenue, protection penetration, right first time and risk ratings.
To ensure all customers are kept updated and actions taken their applications in a timely manner.
Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, colleagues, lenders and insurers
Ensure all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction.
Meet the standard of file submissions and complete any remedial actions required in a timely manner.
Meet all required activities as part of the Training & Competency scheme including meeting the requirements for CPD.

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor. Ideally 2 years.
* CeMAP qualified.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to analyse data and use IT equipment competently.
* Flexible approach to work and recognise that working weekends to meet Client availability is important.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver tight timescales.
