Mortgage And Protection Advisor in London

Mortgage and Protection Advisor -Remote- Permanent - £25,000 -£30,000 plus commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting an esteemed business with the recruitment of a Mortgage and Protection Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role's focus is to deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers in a compliant manner and ensure customers have a fully protected mortgage package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver good customer outcomes in a compliant manner.
• Achieve individual KPI metrics for written and banked revenue, protection penetration, right first time and risk ratings.
• To ensure all customers are kept updated and actions taken their applications in a timely manner.
• Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, colleagues, lenders and insurers
• Ensure all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction.
• Meet the standard of file submissions and complete any remedial actions required in a timely manner.
• Meet all required activities as part of the Training & Competency scheme including meeting the requirements for CPD.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor. Ideally 2 years.
• CeMAP qualified.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to analyse data and use IT equipment competently.
• Flexible approach to work and recognise that working weekends to meet Client availability is important.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver tight timescales.
