This is an office-based position in Colchester. Monday to Friday 9-5.

Responsibilities:
* Keeping clients and business up to date throughout the application process
* Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients.
* Evaluate and prepare relevant applications in line with Policies and Procedures.
* General administrative duties and updating of group databases.
* Issue all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise / Correspond directly with clients/stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Mortgage Administration experience is essential.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise pressured workload.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities at once.
* Skills in analysing financial information while ensuring compliance with regulations.
