Medical Information Specialist – French Speaking in Prague

PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a French-Speaking Medical Information Specialist in the Czech Republic on behalf of a key client of ours.
We've worked with this client for a number of years now and have a great relationship with the management team having placed 80+ CRAs and other clinical specialists within the company. We have been able to do so with confidence, as we know what our candidates will be entitled to once being placed within the company.

The MIS will be responsible for:
- Receiving requests for medical information via various communication channels and logging them in the relevant database.
- Sorting and replying to medical inquiries with resources that the client has approved
- Tracking down complaints about products and adverse events in accordance with set timescales, organisational, customer, and regulatory guidelines
- Ensuring continued proficiency with project and business policies and procedures.
- Participating in team and client meetings
- Doing peer quality reviews as assigned
- Carrying out additional ad hoc tasks in accordance with internal and client processes
What you require:
- A degree in a field of study connected to medicine or a degree in a life science, such as medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (Fluency in both languages)
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Compassion, Empathy, and Patience
- Ability to remain Positive and Professional under Tough Conditions
