My client who is a leading Ventilation and Ductwork Contractor with over 100 years of trading is looking to recruit Quantity Surveyors.
My client is happy to look at QS`s with varying levels of experience from Intermediate to Senior.
What would my typical day look like?
Contractual variations - advice and implementation.
Assist with engagement, management, and training of surveying staff.
Represent the company as the primary contact for commercial and contractual matters.
Produce prime cost budgets, cash flow reports, management cost reports (WIPs), payment applications, progressive cost plans, erection targets.
Lead subcontract and supply chain orders along with subcontract monitoring for payment certs and final accounts.
