Mechanical and electrical quantity surveyor in City of London, London

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SENIOR ASSOCIATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - LONDON - PERMANENT - £80,000 - £95,000

ARM are currently working with a major infrastructure and construction company who are seeking a Senior Associate M&E Quantity Surveyor who is based in London

To be eligible for this role you will need to have extensive knowledge and experience in residential, commercial, and hotel surveying. You will also have senior/ managerial experience

You will be helping to develop the commercial side of the business and helping to ensure that complex projects are completed with care and precision.

This role is based in London, however, there can be negotiations for hybrid working. There are various public transport links in the city that can be used.

This role is on a permanent basis. The salary is dependent on experience.
