ARM are working with a well-established consultancy, who specialise in property and construction, which involves some of the most ambitious projects in the UK currently. They are seeking an M&E Cost consultant to join the team in London on a contract basis. |
About You:
|
To be applicable for this position you will need to be an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant who experience of working on hotel projects within cost controls and estimating. |
What you will be doing:
|
In this position you will be working on a major hotel project and assisting other Quantity Surveyors and project teams, to help close out this exciting project. |
|
This role is based in London with the prospect of hybrid working. |
What you can expect in return:

This position is a contract position that is paying £450 per day outside IR35 |

For this role you will need to be eligible to work in the UK |
