My Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Production Scheduler to their team at the Gloucester site. In this pivotal role, you will manage assembly planning processes to meet customer demand, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assembly planning activities, ensuring schedules align with customer requirements.
• Identify and address stock issues and shortages, liaising with procurement and engineering managers to maintain efficient production timelines.
• Utilize planning tools, such as SAP systems, to manage and optimize the master production schedule.
• Provide manpower and capacity planning insights, offering recommendations to management for effective resource allocation.
• Communicate findings and data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

• Background: Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing, ideally from a hands-on role.
• Skills: Familiarity with production planning tools (e.g., SAP) and a strong understanding of assembly processes.
• Desirable: Experience with manpower and capacity planning, or a willingness to develop in this area.
• Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication skills.
