Managing Quantity Surveyor in Bristol

MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SOMERSET AND GLOUCESTERSHIRE - PERMANENT - £65,000 TO £75,000

Advanced Resource Manager are currently working with a leading building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who is based in Bristol for a permanent role!

About You:
* You will need to be educated to degree level in quantity surveying or hold a qualification to HNC or HND degree level.
* Ideally you will hold or alternatively be working towards being a member of a relevant professional body e.g., CICES, RICS
* You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.
* You will need to understand/ experience of using NEC 3&4/JCT and/or ICC forms of contracts.
* You will have experience dealing with both Public and private sector clients.
* You will need relevant experience working on general civil engineering projects or working within the construction industry in other sectors.

What you will be doing:
You will be supporting with the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and contributing to the continuous development of commercial processes. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership and people management skills, to deliver an efficient commercial and contractual management service to company projects.

This role will be a mixture of site and office based; the site you will be working on is in Bristol.
You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.

The Salary Range on this role is: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum. With this client there are good benefits included with this role such as, contributory pension scheme (3% employee and 6% employer OR 5% employee and 8% employer), car allowance and much more!
