Maintenance Surveyor in Redditch, Worcestershire

TemporaryOur client is an established property maintenance organisation, based in Redditch, and they are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to work for them on a long term temporary basis. The work will predominantly involve surveying and inspecting properties and then creating reports regarding property repairs and adaptations.
The ideal person will have:
- A recognised qualification in building or construction (HNC or BTEC)
- Previous surveying experience within domestic / commercial properties
- Excellent IT skills in order to produce reports and advic
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a respected company in the maintenance industry. The standard hours of work will be 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).
