Maintenance Manager in Yeovil, Somerset

PermanentWe have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Delivery Manager to work for our client on a large static site in the Yeovil area. The role will involve managing the day-to-day planned maintenance for building fabric, mechanical and electrical PPMs to building services equipment.
The ideal person will have:
- Previous experience of building services maintenance work.
- A recognised qualification in building / Mechanical / Electrical discipline
- Strong CDM experience
- Experience of supervising a variety of trades - electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, general builders etc.
- Experience of planning works and delivering to client timescales.
This position is working with a well-known Facilities Management company. The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is an excellent benefits package available.
