ARM are currently working with a major government department who are responsible for helping the country live as sustainable as possible whilst tackling environmental issues. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team based in Surrey on a contract basis. |
About You:
|
To be applicable for this position you will need the following: - You will need to have active SC clearance - You will need to have a degree in a relevant discipline (Mechanical engineering or Building services) - You will also need previous managerial experience, managing a team. |
What you will be doing:
|
In this position you will be ensuring that maintenance work is planned in advance, that the right amount of time is set aside for it and that issues that come up during maintenance are dealt with effectively. Also you will ensure that plans are in place to resolve any issues found during maintenance. There will also be a responsibility for you to manage the budget for maintenance activities and ensure that costs are kept within budget. |

This position is based in Surrey and would be looking for a full time site presence. |

This position is a 6-month contract looking to extend and is paying £750 per day inside IR35 |

For this position you will need to be eligible to work in the UK full time. |
