My client is looking for a lean practitioner who ideally holds Six Sigma - at a level of Yellow or Green who has experience working on Tech and people transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for -
Critically appraising their processes that they have documented - As is & to be are documented already
Look at broader inputs versus output and work with BA on gap analysis
Creating ideas & implementing smoother processes across all regions
Candidate must be able to -
Be able to understand a stakeholder map
Be Very articulate & can play back lean processes with good business justifications to stakeholders
Understand Benefits of outputs of the business
Understand the need to make the processes more efficient
