Lead Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Solar

Remote based - Germany

€70,000 - €80,000 basic + Generous benefits package

Must be happy with travel (expenses paid)

The Energy Division at ARM is recruiting an experienced Lead Project Manager to join a leading rooftop Commercial and Industrial solar rooftop systems developer. The role is fully remote and based in Bremen/Hannover/Dortmund/Munster

Job Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will manage the Solar PV project's complete lifecycle. From planning and execution to delivery, you'll ensure every aspect aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Some of your duties will include:

Oversee all project phases, driving teams and processes to achieve objectives on schedule and within budget.

Manage all aspects of EPC contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues that arise swiftly and effectively.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear, consistent communication.

Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate their potential impact on project performance.

Ensure all project outputs meet required standards and comply with local and international regulations.

What do you need to succeed

• Demonstrated success in managing EPC contracts within the Solar PV industry.
• Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory for stakeholder engagement.
• Based in Germany with the flexibility to travel to project sites as required. northwest Germany is advantageous however other locations will also be genuinely considered
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing commercial & industrial rooftop Solar PV Projects.
