L&D Coordinator - Hampshire - 12 Mont Contract - £23 p/h (Inside)

ARM are currently recruiting for an L&D Coordinator on an initial 12-month basis. This role offers both flexible and hybrid working.

The Role:
The L&D Coordinator will support the Talent Solutions Team in the provision of Talent Management & Development services to business areas in the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Talent Solutions Team in the organisation of all courses as directed.
* Support the Talent Solutions team in the execution and administration of the talent management process and rhythm.
* Be the team subject matter expert and maintain knowledge of the online Talent Solution systems and development resources available.
* Provide support to the Talent Development Lead in ensuring that awareness of available resources is communicated to all employees.
* Support the Talent Solutions team in the execution and administration of all the Early careers management process and rhythm.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an L&D Coordinator
* Experience of using a Learning Management System
* Analytical experience and use of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills as this role is significant interface with employees, managers and training providers
* Attention to detail.
* Good systems skills and ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point and Access
* Experience in training course management
