Land Access Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

LAND ACCESS MANAGER - MIDLANDS - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - £650 PER DAY

ARM are working with HS2 and we are currently supporting their need for a Land Access Manager to help them carry out activities on the Phase 2a part of the project.

About You:
You will have worked in land access in position such as Rural Practice, Wayleaves, Easement or Land Access Management positions previously.
You will have experience of managing other professionals.
You are likely to come from a utility, rail or highways background.
You should also hold a UK driving licence for this role, due to the nature of this position.

What you will be doing:
This position will be leading a number of land access staff, from a client side who will be looking to arrange access to land Cheshire, Staffordshire and Manchester, as well having oversight of a contractor who is working with land owners to licence access.

This position will be based from the office in Birmingham, with a mix of office, site and home based working. Any travel to site will be covered by the company and hire cars can be provided also.

The rate for this position is between £600 and £650 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35.
