Junior Town Planner in Birmingham, West Midlands

JUNIOR TOWN PLANNER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £32,600 - £42,000

ARM are working with a leading infrastructure client and we are looking for a Junior Town Planner to join their busy team in the West Midlands

About You:
* You will have some experience within a town planning role.
* You will have had some public engagement within this role.
* Ideally you will have experience of working on large projects, infrastructure or building type projects.
* Experience of EIA is desirable also.

What you will be doing:
This position will be supporting the Town Planning department on a number of fronts, both some technical but also written and report writing. This role will also be supporting the Land Safeguarding Manager with some of their duties too.

This position will be based in Birmingham and working using the hybrid model with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home. You can elect to work more in the office, if this is your preference.

Salary for this position is between £32,600 - £46,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is a generous benefits package and more importantly a real chance to progress your career.
