Job Title: Junior Pre-Sales Consultant
Location: UK-Remote, Fully Flexible

Overview:
We're looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant to join a rapidly growing tech consultancy.
The junior Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for discussing and understanding customer requirements and desired outcomes and leverage their expertise to solution and commercialise requirement. With proven expertise in modern technologies across Cloud computing concepts, virtualisation, automation and Networking, the role will receive mentoring to support growth and ability to deliver high quality consultancy, proposals and statements of work on behalf of the client to the customer, working with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure commercial and technical governance within the sales process while meeting client objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:
* Understanding customer requirements and outcomes
* Creating fit for purpose technical solutions
* Support multiple engagements with multiple customers and lines of business.
* Support the technical part of proposition development
* Provide subject matter expertise
* Support sales related financial goals
* Articulate the value of consultancy's services to solve customer problems
* Consulting Craft: Demonstrate proficiency within areas of subject matter expertise, written/verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, interviewing, and delivery
* Identify efficiencies and anticipate/resolve potential problems within solutions, working with internal delivery and the customer.
* Creation of document agreements, commercialisation of solutions and Statements of Work
* Able to manage client relationships and build consensus and trust in the delivery
* Present company propositions to customers demonstrating experience and understanding.
* Ensure proposals and statements of work follow internal governance to ensure operations acceptance for delivery

Qualifications:
* Responsible work ethic - Self-motivated, able to plan and work against deadlines
* Ownership of presales engagement with support from Pre-Sales team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations
* Confident consultative and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and gain consensus.
* Structured problem solving and analytical skills.
* Collaborative working style encompassing all delivery disciplines.

General Skills:

* Graduate or equivalently educated in technologies listed below...
* Technical design capabilities - Understanding of Technical Design, understanding of project governance and managed service (ITIL) methodologies a bonus
* Experienced in delivering professional services/technical consultancy to external customers
* Understanding of customer relationship management and maintaining customer satisfaction
* Strong knowledge of the enterprise IT industry and emerging trends
* Demonstrable technical design and implementation of infrastructure solutions.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
* Project facilitation ensuring delivery of services set up in line with customer's needs.
* Demonstrable ability to work as a consultant to senior stakeholders
* Manage workshop environments, taking ownership and leading all aspects of workshop facilitation.
* Interface with Project Managers and client IT staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Demonstrable ability to provide robust and clear feedback to customers.
Tech Skills:
* Cloud design and solution architecture
* Microsoft, Linux and VMware Operating Systems and services including containerisation technologies
* RPA and Orchestration tools and capabilities
* Solution design and delivery
* LAN/WAN Networking concepts (physical & SDN)
