JUNIOR LAND REFERENCING ASSISTANT - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £25,250 - £36,340

ARM are working with a major transport and infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for Junior Land Referencing Assistants to join their team in the West Midlands.

About You:
* You will have experience in any of the following:
o surveying (rural or property)
o town planning
o property or land acquisition
o land referencing / assembly or information roles.
* You will ideally have some experience with GIS or similar mapping software.

What you will be doing:
Day to day this position will be working with the land referencing agency to identify land, ownership and interests on land that have been identified for compulsory purchase to enable the client to carry out the work they have. You will have involvement with stakeholders internally and externally and ensure that the process run smoothly, as well as highlighting incorrect information or raising concerns. This will ultimately result in the production of notice to purchase land.

This position will be based in Birmingham and working using the hybrid model with 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home. You can work more in the office, if you would prefer.

The salary for this position is between £25,250 and £36,340 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is an excellent benefits package. It is also worth noting, that while this is a junior level role, the company do promote from within and are keen on developing people from their starting roles into specialist and more senior roles.
