ARM is actively seeking a Junior Accountant to work with a client based in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract.

Responsibilities
* Payroll
* Banking (admin, setup, monitor, reporting)
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Room Rental admin and billing
* VAT & Payroll returns
* Ad-hoc and one off queries and assistance
* DI billing & posting
* WHT admin, claims, posting
* Receipts bank posting and reconciliation
* HSE billing & reporting
* month-end Accruals & prepayments reviews and adjustments
* Liaise with PHI's on collections.
* Allocations of OOP & PHI Expresscare receipts
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for internal and clinic use
* Variance analysis and reporting
* Assist with Business models

Requirements
* Prior experience in accounting and financial management.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll processing.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
