Work description
The JAMF TC will work on integration and network activities for having a single management and infrastructure for all corporate Apple MAC devices. He/she will support Zero Touch enrolment and work with local distributor in each country for the MACs unique JAMF configuration.
Responsibilities
* macOS and JAMF Pro expert
* Design, Implementation and Administration of large complex Mac Services Infrastructure using Jamf Pro
* Create documents for the solution
* Configure Apple DEP, VPP and Enterprise Connect
* Should be able to configure policies for application and patch deployment, configuration profiles, self-service portal
* Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems
* Provide technical solutions and coordination for exceptions and issues as they arise.
* Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
Profile requirements
* macOS and JAMF Pro expert
* JAMF certified
* Technical degree or diploma
* 3+ years of experience
* Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a bonus
