Internal Stakeholder in Worthing, West Sussex

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER - WORTHING- PERMANENT - UP TO £51,500 PER ANNUM

We are currently looking for an Internal Stakeholder for a private utility company for a permanent position based in Worthing.

About You:
* You have experience engaging with stakeholders.
* You have experience with strategic and communication planning.
* You will understand health and safety.
* You will understand the water industry.
* You will be happy travelling to sites and engaging with colleagues at all levels.

What you will be doing:
You'll be the link between corporate objectives and programmes and how we engage with our operational and frontline teams, creating an approach that reaches colleagues who are operational 24/7. You will work alongside the health and safety team to build a safety-first culture, engaging the operational team and building an ethos that all colleagues can stand behind.

This role is based in Worthing, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style.

The rate of pay for this role is £45,000 to £51,500, this is based on experience and suitability. You will be expected to visit site, expenses will be covered. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes pension, private healthcare, life assurance, occupational health service and more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
