Internal Sales Executive - Norwich - Permanent - £££ Competitive Rates £££

ARM have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading distributor of industrial automation and control products on a permanent basis.

The Salesperson will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service as well as providing product advice, processing orders, and generating bespoke quotations.

Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries both over the phone and via email
* Deal with technical enquiries
* Process sales orders
* Maintain excellent relations with existing customers, continuously managing the account and identifying potential areas of growth
* Liaise with suppliers and third parties

Requirements:
* Previous experience within the automation and technical sector would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A strong team player.
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Committed and hardworking attitude
