Internal Communications Manager - 6 Month Contract Inside IR35 - London (Hybrid)

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their client in the public sector on a 6-month interim basis.
In this role, you will be working in tandem with key stakeholders to ensure key internal communications are being delivered in a streamlined and engaging way. They are looking for an individual with exceptional copywriting skills to address all employees working within the Southern region of the business operation.

Responsibilities
* Create innovative and engaging communications across a variety of platforms and channels.
* Engage with front line and senior leaders to understand stories and points of view within the business.
* Monitor communications campaigns successes and metrics, suggesting improvements for future campaigns and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders across the business.
* Provide guidance on communication issues and develop strategies to support key business objectives.
* Act as a point of contact for all internal communications queries.

Requirements
* Previous experience within an internal communications role, within change management would be an advantage.
* Strong copywriting skills across a variety of channels
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels and channels.
* Advanced user of Office 365 and SharePoint.
