What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Designing leather-wrapped components using Catia V5
✅ Creating design specifications & engineering drawings
✅ Generating and implementing innovative design solutions
✅ Leading cross-functional design reviews with internal and external partners
✅ Managing external design resources to meet cost, quality & timing goals
✅ Supporting engineering test & validation planning and sign-off
✅ Collaborating with Production, Project, Design, Quality, and Electrical teams

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ Experience in automotive design & development (OEM or Tier 1)
✔ Proficiency in Catia V5 - able to generate feasible concept designs
✔ Strong problem-solving and project management skills
✔ Ability to lead without direct reports and drive projects forward
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
