Interim Assistant Director Strategic Property in Bromley, London

INTERIM ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY HOUSING - LONDON - 6 MONTHS - £1040 PER DAY

ARM are working with a London Borough (local authority) and we are currently recruiting for an Interim Assistant Director of Housing Strategy for an 6 month contract to be based in London.

About You:
You be either a degree or professionally qualified person with experience of working within housing strategy for both private and public sector organisations. You will have demonstrable experience of reviewing, analysing and commissioning housing based programmes from a strategic point of view. You will also have had management responsibility for other staff.

What you will be doing:
This position will be to lead, advise and shape delivery of property services within the authority. This will include property from strategic and operational purposed, facilities management within property, the capital delivery programme for the portfolio of property and investment programmes also.

This position is supporting a South London borough and will see you working from the office on a hybrid basis.

What you can expect in return:
This is offered as an initial six month contract.

The rate for this position is £1040 per day (inside IR35) Umbrella.

As part of the compliance process the successful candidate will be asked to undertake a DBS and other back ground checks.
