Innovation Lead in Brighton, East Sussex

INNOVATION LEAD - BRIGHTON - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - £50,000 - £56,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are working for a private utility company who are looking for an Innovation Lead based in Brighton.

About You:
* You will be experienced in innovation practice with demonstrable experience of project delivery.
* You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
* You will understand customer and user behaviour.
* You will be able to create relevant experimental designs.
* You will be able to conduct user research and testing.

What you will be doing:
You will be able to produce sustainable improvement solutions, plans that will drive performance improvement and change activity, managing solution development projects with cross-functional teams to diagnose the route cause and develop solutions for problems.

The role is based in Brighton with a hybrid policy of 2 days in office.

The rate of pay for this role is £50,000 to £56,000, this is based on experience and suitability.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
