Infrastructure Solicitor in Brighton, East Sussex

INFRASTRUCTURE SOLICITOR - BRIGHTON - PERMANENT - UP TO £120,000 PER ANNUM

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Solicitor for a private utility company for a permanent position based in Brighton.

About You:
* You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
* You will have good knowledge of infrastructure, planning, environment, and regulatory law.
* You will have knowledge of statutory and environmental regulations.
* You will have expert knowledge of law and legal research techniques.
* You will have knowledge of the development consent order process.
* You will have an understanding of the UK utilities industry and its regulatory and quasi-regulatory obligations.

What you will be doing:
You will be providing high quality infrastructure development, structuring, and consenting legal services to the environment, planning, regulatory and capital delivery function on the programme.

Your day to day will providing support for the programme activities and working with the wider legal team, external advisers and individuals at all levels across the delivery team.

This role is based in Brighton, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style.

The rate of pay for this role is £90,000 to £120,000, this is based on experience and suitability. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes a company car allowance, a bonus, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, occupational health service and more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
