Inclusion Manager in London

INCLUSION MANAGER - LONDON - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £33 PER HOUR

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who are a rescue service are looking for an Inclusion Manager on a 3 month contract, based in London.

About You:
* You will have experience managing the inclusion element of briefings/papers to various stakeholders.
* You will have experience in making or implementing projects, policies or procedures for impact on people with protected characteristics.
* You will have experience in leading specific diversity and inclusion projects.

What you will be doing:
You will be put in place processes and systems to improve compliance, reporting and governance and will work with others to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion issues are embedded within the HR policies and service delivery practices.

The role is based in London. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours, it is a hybrid position.

The rate for this position is between £24 - £33 Per Hour inside IR35. We can offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.

For our client, you will be obligated to undertake a DBS check. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
